Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with quick bookings. We strive to make your experience seamless, but we understand plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1) Eligibility and Timeframes

- Standard Refund Window: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to our Customer Support team within 14 calendar days of your original transaction date.
- Late Requests: Refund requests received after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

2) Cancellations and Modifications

- Travel Packages & Tours:
> Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before departure.
> 50% refund if canceled 15–29 days before departure.
> No refund if canceled fewer than 15 days before departure.
- Hotel Accommodations & Individual Bookings:
> Many properties offer their own cancellation policies—please review the property’s terms at the time of booking.
> If the property permits a refund, we will process it according to that schedule, minus any non-refundable fees.
- Non-Refundable Rates: Some deeply discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at booking.

3) How to Request a Refund

> Email Support@quick-bookings.com with your booking reference and a brief explanation of your request.
> Attach any relevant documentation (cancellation confirmations, medical notes, etc.).
> Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and respond.

4) Payment Processor Policies

Depending on how you paid, your refund may be subject to additional terms:
- Credit & Debit Cards (via Square):
> Square processes refunds through your original card.
> It may take 3–7 business days for funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
> Square may retain a small processing fee on non-refundable charges; if applicable, this will be deducted from your refund.
- PayPal:
> Refunds are issued back to your PayPal account.
> PayPal typically credits your balance immediately, but withdrawals to your bank can take 2–3 business days.
> PayPal transaction fees may not be fully refundable under PayPal’s policy; any non-refundable fee will be deducted from your refund.

5) Processing Times

> Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
> Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to reach you.

6) Exceptions & Special Circumstances

- Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions, we will work to secure credits or future-use vouchers where possible rather than cash refunds.
- Group Bookings: Special group arrangements may carry separate terms; refer to your group agreement for details.
- Third-Party Suppliers: If a cancellation fee is levied by an airline, hotel, or tour operator, that fee is non-refundable by quick bookings.
